Just finished watching the Season 1 finale of Mr. Robot.

It seems like drama on TV has adopted the convoluted never-ending plot technique.

Runnin,

Sorry but you have to be on drugs to watch that. It is too convoluted. I only watch it because it comes on after WWE wrestling and I have the TV on when I am surfing for better cooking techniques.

Well that's because when people write pilots for TV shows these days they do it with having multiple seasons renewed in mind.

That's why cancelled shows don't get closure because they aren't writing it to end the story.

I found Mr. Robot interesting. Read a good review of the first season over at Vulture (New York magazine's daily arts e-newsletter) that called the show engrossing, but just not quite there yet. I'm really curious to see where they go with the second season. If the teaser is any indication, I may be in for a let-down.

My favorite show is Review, led by the incomparable Andy Daly. True comic gold.

Says the guy who watches WWE wrestling. LMAO

They may be hoping for multiple seasons but I think they're just winging it from season to season in most cases.

It was an impressive acting job by the lead role, imo. Something oddly believable about him.

Haven

Whoa, it was really good tonight.

Duke......scares the hell out of me.

Those "troubles" from the aether, wow, a lot of them waiting to get out. Not a good thing.

Fargo Season 2 episode 1 was good. American Horror Story jumped the shark seasons ago. Now they're just continually dry humping the shark. Only 2 1/2 more months 'til It's Always Sunny season 11, so have to continually watch reruns in anticipation.

Agreed on Fargo. It's gonna be a much better follow up than True Detective Season 2 was. I'm also finishing up Bloodline on Netflix. Highly recommend.

I thought last season's circus setting was really interesting, but I couldn't make it through the first episode this year.

I concur. This season is horrible.

Since I got cable now...use to have Direct TV, but those bastards wanted me to pay 30 more a month for ESPN and other sports network not name NFL/NBA/MLB which I can see for free but college is different, I dropped them after 7 years. Cable offered me the premium package, internet (which I have already) and phone (which I don't use) for 100 a month for 3 years, I say again 3 years. I get all the movie, premium channels, sports minus the ones I listed for 3 years, for just a 100 bucks and DVR and 2 receivers.

So now I can watch H2, History Channel and Animal Planet all day.

Now this show, I see it advertised all the time, but something is not grabbing me like The Flash or Arrow or Continuum even Haven. It seems to try and depict a soap as a season. This is why I don't like prime time TV trying to adopt Soap like stories. The 100 and The Tomorrow People tried this, the latter failed (a travesty), the other have some intriguing qualities.
