It's the offseason for crying out loud... christ.

FWIW, I e-mailed COG personally and had a few back and forth e-mails with him... civil. I think he may come around eventually, but no ill will towards him.
 
Just wait until COGPK scoops Bill and Bill deletes his posts. I forget what it was but there was someone who posted something about a signing that bill considered premium content when I clearly pointed to other sources who reported it way earlier he threw a hissy fit and went away.

I don't really care. I'm not going back to Scout. Everyone can leave and leave just SAV, Cy, Julio, and myself and we'll be ok. If others don't like our weird little community they don't have to belong. It is America, and there's no more American Braves board than this one.

I imagine the demographic over there skews a little older. This place may not be for everyone, but everyone is welcome.

If Scout is rebuilt into something reasonable, then I wish them the best of luck. I've got no interest in hanging out there, though.

Yeah. I was joking. It's weird how some want to dictate how others react to news, but I don't have a problem with anyone on here. Plenty of positive and negative posts, so you can get whatever you want. Some, for whatever reason, just focus on the posts that bother them and can't handle it.

It was clearly a joke and if you react that way toward someone maybe possibly questioning your street cred on the internet, there's probably a much larger issue in play.
 
Well, you did what you could do, in public and private. It takes two. I'm sorry to see anyone who contributes decide to leave, but in the end, it's his choice. C'est la vie.
