After striking out 35.5% of the time at Danville last year, Drew Waters has it down to 19.4% this year at Rome. Huge. I'd like to see the walk rate go up from 5.8%, but that decline in K rate is a big deal.

He's progressing nicely. Could be the next Francoeur

He didn't look very comfortable at the plate early on this year. He does now. Maybe it's simply due to better results breeding confidence, but his body language and demeanor in the batter's box looks much more like a predator than prey now.
