Umpires Announced for Braves/Dodgers Series - Do We Have History With Any of These?

There was a study a few years ago that showed Bill Miller had one of the largest strike zones among MLB umpires. Don't know which of the subsequent games he might be home plate umpire. But I think in the Medlen-Kershaw matchup we would benefit from a large strike zone. And in game 4 (assuming Garcia or Maholm pitches) we would also benefit from an ump with a big strike zone.

Who was the umpire that called someone out last week after they were tagged with the defensive player's hand while the ball was in his glove? That was one of the worst calls ever.

I'mm assuming only the "best" umpires are chosen to call post season games, which makes me wonder how CB could possibly be chosen. His suckitude is well known.

No one named "Angel" or "CB," so I'm happy.

Add Holbrooke, Bill Hahn, to that list.

Unfortunately we have Laz Diaz, whom for years had it out for Bobby. I remember him specifically having some of the most inconsistent (not worst, just inconsistent) strike zones ever.

CB Bucknor. I have never wanted to massacre someone's face more. Smug prick.

I've got $1 on Hirschbeck or Diaz being the one to screw us this series. So between one of them and Schumacher and Uribe I say those will be the names we hear most in this series.

Haha. Awesome.

Definitely got to be prepared for the pure and absolute LUCKNESS of Douchmaker and fat titts Uribe.

Who's the umpire that called Yunel out by a good 6-7 feet?

grooveone always had that picture laying around somewhere.

It was kind of sad... Yunel is already stepping on 1st, and the ball is at least 6-7 feet away from hitting the 1B's mitt.
