Curious that the Trump audio just leaked days after Jack Smith turned over all evidence to Trumps legal team. Wheres Sherlock thethe to connect the dots.
 
Other parties had access to the recording, including the party that recorded it in the first place.
 
I think the Don wanted this out there early so it wont be as shocking once its shown in court. He wasnt charged with any crime regarding this alledged document, this recording is only to show intent and knowledge of what he was doing was illegal. For example, if what he had was fine to show off why would he make sure to say off the record. He laments in the call that he cant just put this out there to everyone to "win the case" but cant. I remember one of his many softball interviews with Hannity where he defended his right to show off the documents to the horror of Hannity. Anytime he says he didnt do something but he has the right to do it Trump means he did it. Kind of like when he said he wasnt going to get involved with the DoJ but said he had the right to do so. Years later he says he told Barr to go after Hillary and Biden and he refused.
 
There are obviously a group of still unaccounted for documents he took with him to Bedminster.
