YES. This is EXACTLY what I wanted to hear and from the team I wanted to do a trade with.

I would much rather get Baez than Soler back in a trade for Viz, even to the extent of adding a prospect if necessary to balance out the trade. Baez would fit in nicely at third, but I also like his ability to play different infield and outfield positions.

The Sox are feeling a lot of pressure to win in Ortiz's last season and desperately need pitching. They've also doled out some big contracts the last couple of years and need to offset that with some young controllable talent.

Let's not forget that Teheran is still only 25 and was heralded as an ace prospect. Always thought he was supposed to be a fireballer early in his development with upper 90s stuff but he's found out how to pitch it seems. And has had some

Probably not. Teams are stingy with good prospects, so I expect we will be keeping JT and Viz probably. And I am fine with that.

No thanks on the K machine Chavis or Kopech.... Moncada or bust and if Viz is involved Benintendi better be there too. We can add some good pitching prospects too
