As for Kopech, I find it tough to "pass" on another "Ace"-like arm who's likely to move fast - especially when he's the second best prospect in the deal. He's Folty V2 IMO.

Not saying he isn't but the bats involved don't excite me in the least and the big pitching prospect doesn't do much for me at this point sorry

Folty was barely a top 100 prospect and still has plenty of question marks

Not to mention his .350+ BABIP this year... And your numbers you gave are in just 100 at bats. Up until this years 100 at bats he's been a bad player... In A ball. And peripherals show likely regression. He's not a big prospect. Sorry

I don't want Kopech or Chavis. Chavis is a good kid who may not have the tools. I was glad to see him off to a good start but he was beyond awful last year. Kopech already has a PED suspension and a broken hand from a fight with his roomie.

Espinoza, Devers, Moncada, Benin. Don't settle for anyone who aren't those guys.

batter K's don't matter if they come with big power and Chavis has the potential for big power. a strikeout is really not much less valuable than any other out , not for batters.
