Guys, I think he’s trying to succeed and get back to MLB, he’s just not very good. Know it’s outside-the-box, but just my two-cents ...

One would hope this spring hasn't cost him for good, but you kinda have to wonder if AA will try to slip him through waivers to open a roster spot. Do they roll the dice and do that to create room for Anibal? With Soroka coming fast and Wright on his heels, the weeding-out process is bound to start at some point.

Among the prospects I've posted about for years, I want to like Sims....but nyet, I am still in the Meh corner. He should not be on the mlb roster period. Something hasn't clicked. There is hope in there...somewhere.

I totally disagree, he would most certainly get claimed given his options remaining, talent and potential either in a starting or bullpen role. A few bad ST games isn't going to change that. Shoot, even Wisler might get claimed since he has one minor league option left.

This is where I'm at. Talent? Yes. But hes not put it together. Good chance he never will. I'd like to see Sims transitioned to the pen.
