I've shown the evidence from James and Comey cases. They're airtight.

Will the cases be thrown out? Possible. The judges are already doing their darndest to oust the cases (possibly real?) along with a leftist jury pool that probably won't convict them.

However, none of that changes the fact that we have video that shows Comey lied and that there is paperwork that shows James and her father were man and wife (both signed the form) in order for her to get a loan.

You say you're not a liberal but you sure do follow their biased news as if it's absolute fact.

I was diagnosed with Crohns disease this year.so I can get medical marijuana. So I have been taking medicine for 20 years. It was a very serious problem and its 1% of the problem it used to be but thanks for playing. My anger is about losing 300k a year and the violence that will come from police aggressively enforcing unpopular laws. You can not give a fuck about other people and so can I. Thats why I say Charlie Kirk deserved it. Hope it happens more. Dont value the lives of people who want to hurt you. If theres alternate timelines there would be one where Hitler was assasinated before invading Poland and he would have been remembered as a great leader and a man of peace.

You think people convicted who lost all appeals are innocent victims of weaponization without a shred of evidence. Even Trumps own appointed judges upheld them. And you think the Comey and James cases are legit despite a mountain of evidence. If you thought all were weaponization or none were you would atleast be consistent but your only criteria seems to be whether they are a friend or perceived foe of Trump. I dont even like James Comey. I was talking shit about Comey since before Trump paid a fake crowd to cheer his run.

If all the things Trump had said or done that are evidence of a politically motivated prosecution were done by Biden do you think the case should be thrown out for vindictive prosecution. Specifically his post ordering the prosecutions and replacing the attorney he appointed for admitting there was no crime? You cant think theres evidence of Biden weaponization and none from Trump. Trump got a Republican special prosecutor in the Russia case. He got an Independent in the DC and Florida case. Yet all prosecutions in the Trump regime are close personal allies of his. Speaks volumes to anyone who doesnt have their head up their ass.

But I did watch the video. Which is why I question if you watched it. The alleged friend doesnt work for the FBI. Nor was it anything about the Clinton or Trump investigations.
 
He doesnt say anything about Richman being anonymous source. Anonymous being the key word. It wasnt about the Trump or Clinton investigation. It was about his meeting with Trump. Any executive privilege about the conversation goes away when the President himself talked about the meeting. Regardless EP still wouldnt apply to allegations of misconduct. Which Comey alleged. Thus the comment about prompting a special prosecutor. And if you claim his claim is fake then he didnt really leak anything.
