Anderson's sudden rash of walks is odd, and starting to become a cause for concern.

he's actually getting better results with his control lately.

First 6 starts he was 11.89 K/9 and 5.46 BB/9 with a .344 BABIP

Last 6 starts he is 11.44 K/9 and 3.44 BB/9 with a .390 BABIP

I think he's been really solid, young guy, but strikes out a ton of batters, falling victim a little bit to BABIP gods, still hasn't given up a HR this year and his FIP is 2.94.

4 so far through 4 innings today.. this is why I said he has been a concern to me a few days ago. I watched him a few times early on and his control was superb. lately, it hasn't.

I guess I just didn't remember him walking that many guys that early.. but numbers don't lie

Another note on BB... there have been 12 BB through 6 innings today. the umps get worse the further you get from MLB..

Personally I have absolutely zero cause for concern for Anderson's control right now. This is his first season in pro ball...

Tough name for a closer.

Pretty interesting thing I saw on Twitter.

Ozzie Albies
First 28 games
.244/.276/.370, 1 HR, 9-9 SB, 23.4% K, 4.7% BB
Last 28 games
.304/.370/.470, 2 HR, 8-8 SB, 17.8% K, 7.8% BB

Very promising. Having Albies and Inciarte at the top of the lineup eventually would be great.

Surprised by JB moss cut. He was a really good player in the Sec. Didnt think he'd make Atlanta, but certainly didn't see him cut this quick
