Hopefully. I like Folty a lot but he's not there yet. Every time he seems to get on a good role he has a game like his last time out. A 4.37 ERA and 4.87 FIP just isn't going to get it done. We need better.

I believe you specified average major league starter. And I take it you meant a period of time longer than a hot streak of a handful of starts. Sustained success as a major league starter.

Pretty much. I'd like to see him approach the 2 WAR threshold. That's likely not going to happen this year. As is he's a back end guy.

Newk just turned 24. Blair is 25. Wisler is 24. Folty is 25. All were AA or higher when acquired and even though Newk is the last of that group to debut I would still put him in the same group compared to all the younger players who are hitting AA this year.
