What is more likely to prevent Ronald from winning another mvp? His knees, or Ohtani?

His brain. Seriously, how is that us on a message board knew more about what was going on with him than himself and the team. How many people here were screaming bloody murder about his knee. They told us it was fine. He told us it was fine. It was not fine. We need a manager that can put a leash on Acuna. We need him hitting 50 homers not stealing 50 bases. Even if a SB helps us win any one regular season game its not worth the constant wear and tear on his body. Does he want to play pro baseball for another 15 years or be Mike Trout in 5 years.

IF Ohtani can pitch even somewhat effectively while continuing to hit the way he does, then he's gonna win MVP every yr, regardless if Ronnie can get back to his 2013 level. Even if Ohtani is "only" a ~2 WAR pitcher going forward, you combine that with his offense and that is a minimum of a 9 WAR player every year.

If Ronnie goes back to his 2013 level he won't be in the big leagues much longer.
