What? No Game Thread Yet? 4-29-16 Braves at Cubs in the Friendly Confines

Blair looking good.. had some hard hit balls at some guys.. but still 1 run against the Cubbies is a good day.. wonder if the offense will get a couple on where we have to pinch hit him or if Fredi will go ahead and take him out because he is in the 80's.

He needs to leave him in even if the offense gets a few on. None of our bench players are reliable enough to count on getting a pinch hit. Let the kid go for 7 innings and rest the bullpen a bit.

I think Fredi is managing to save his job. I agree that Mallex should be playing every day though. He has looked pretty bad against LHers, but he stayed on a pitch well last night when he doubled to CF off the BoSox LHed reliever.
 
What an idiotic sequence. Just freaking hit a pitch. If it's a DP, that sucks, but actually look like you're doing something.
