Why do you go after the man, you should be focusing efforts on our own, we kill each other more than the man?

1. Fathers being fathers, not a sperm donor.

2. Get a f*cking education.

3. When you work, work harder than the man, it gets you places.

4. Quit doing stupid schit and quit killing your own.

5. Again, be a dad. not a sperm donor or criminal.
 
I want to add, seeing the comments, these people are right. We are killing each other and the blame is on the fathers or lack of at home.

Sterilize our race until they are responsible enough to reproduce, because at this time they are not.

There are not enough me's out there to help.
 
Under normal circumstances (whatever that actually means) what do couples, families, etc., fight about the most, what most drives couples into being singles?

I don't but our family does not sponsor anything like this. Yes we have some bad apples and a few killed, being in gangs, Capone styled. My aunt was really nice and got stabbed over 100 times when she died, the killer got excuted in prison. We did not shed any tears on that after what we was told. Stabbed in the face, head and what not, what sick bastard would do schit like that.

My mom's brother who she help brought up, hated the civilian world, decided to rob a bank because he said it was safer to be in prison when they take care of you instead of being on the streets knowing you can't get a decent paying job with a felony record.

My younger cousin, in a gang, failed a drug run, got executed and found at the bottom of the Chicago river.

We kill our own at an alarming rate and it is depressing

Considering, my 3 siblings are like me, do not live near our parents.

California, Arizona, Tennesee and Wisconsin. Paducah, KY sucks as a place to work.
 
That's not what I'm asking. What one issue do most couples fight about? What one issue causes more arguments and even divorces during the first year of marriage than any other?

No, I think the studies are right. Remember we aren't saying the only thing, just the main thing, and maybe the hot chick in the French maid outfit and/or the Latino hunk who is the pool cleaner. :icon_biggrin:
 
Just had a long chat with dad about the state of black fathers and lack of..

I brought up when I came home from Germany and he said as long as I was in this house until I found a house or apartment I will take care of my kid or I will be on the street.

Both of my sisters divorced, but their ex husbands still take care of their kids, dad said their parents were good people and probably have the same mindset.

Why isn't it like for the city dads? All sperm donors?
 
My guess would be lots of reasons, but economics will always be right at or close to the top. I see the same thing with poor (over several generations) white people where I live. They don't have anything, never had anything, don't really understand how to get anything except that whatever it takes is way beyond what they feel they're capable of doing to get it, so they just start to accept their lot in life and just try to get what they can, pretty much anyway they can. There's also no question in my mind the hip-hop culture plays a major role too. These people, IMO are worse even than Jesse or Al. At least they only do their buzzard circling thing when a problem has already occurred. The hip-hop "artists" actually help to create it, after all how many of us guys would call our women a ho or a bitch and expect to get anywhere with them? This crap goes over because that's all most of those people have ever seen or been around. You live what you see, good or bad and there simply aren't enough good role models these days, black, white, or otherwise. At least that's my take.

Our SAD culture. My kids will not be part of it.

My 6 year old reads at 4 grade level, my 4 year has not even entered pre-school and can read somewhat.

I didn't have to make them do this, they wanted to do this. I couldn't read a 1st grade level until I finished 1st grade. Black fathers should preach education.

For Christmas, they got one present from their favorite person (Frozen and Thomas the Train) and all others were either art or books. They were happy.

Favorite gift was a CHALKBOARD. They absolutely love it.

They will always go to private school and will always be smarter than any liberal child because of it.
 
I try to be a realist and use stats/numbers to come to a conclusion on most everything I do so Do any of you two feel like the black family is truly dead? Lots of people think so.

72% of black babies are born out of wedlock. I imagine at the most 33% of that 72% has the father in the picture. So basically 50% of every black baby born today and tomorrow will have nothing to do with thier father. That's a cycle you can't break.

Mind you I think 'families' are failing in general. Half of marriages end in divorce now

The black family is not dead, Jackass and Sharpton made them dormant, a reparations, you need to take care of us society they wanted. My Dad and Mom votes Dem, but they are hard core Conservatives, MUCH WORSE than I, say they are the issue. My dad ask for Jackass for help and he ignored him (major catastrophe in my home town). Only the white Christian churches stepped up and help the black community, even donating their church for services. Ignoring my paps is a death warrant. He rips him everytime I speak about him. He says, don't utter that con artist name in my presence he tells me.

Hate to break it to you AA. I read before pre-school, I read the Lord of the Rings before 5th grade, Journey to Center of the Earth, etc. I'm a "lib" I'm not a democrat but overall I'm more liberal than consevative by a lot. Only area I'm with the conservative base is on a libertarian view of rights as opposed to the nanny state.

Funny, none of the local schools 1st graders can really read here. They have some semblance of understanding words, reading a book....LMAO. Even my daughter cousin who goes to a Minnesota public school and older just in awe like....you can read this book and I can't.

We are not doing anything, just letting the teachers do their thing.

What is bad, our neighbors, not really religious took her out of public school and sent her to a Catholic school because they say it basically sucks ( behavior issues that the school will not address and behind the Catholic school in curriculum). They rather pay the $6000 tuition than send her kid to public school.

Whites will kill whites but not because of drugs, dissing, or pissed off of your spouse. Blacks kill blacks for control of the things I've mentioned or being dissed, or even a traffic stop. It needs to end.

I am ashamed, truly ashamed because we do not know better. Talking to my dad and brother, they like me wonder, why has it gotten worse? Dad and ex gov employee, mom a retired teacher, brother a VP at one of the Fortune 15 companies in America, I, well, could use my nepotism and make a lot of money from my brother, but that isn't right, a computer programmer. We all done well and the white man did nothing to stop us or tried to deny us.

I might get mad on here, but you realize I only defend when people say racism doesn't exist. It does but not the extent Jesse Jackass and Devil Sharpton will tell you.
