Who’s next?

Probably an outfielder, anyones guess as to who, or dumping Julio. MAYBE a reliever, but i think we'll wait the market out.
 
Sign Brantley, trade for a SP. Not only have the Braves refused to give up picks to sign FAs, they have gained a pick when they issue JD a QO in 10 months.

AA lied to us, and we believed it like fools haha.

I called JD to the Braves the moment AA was hired, and I should have stuck to my guns.

Trade for Kluber
Sign Brantley
Trade Wright/Gohara/Allard for Diaz
Sign a bench piece...Josh Harrison?

Oh, and at some point hire a pitching coach

Now you want the Braves to trade for a SP lol, but which one? Kluber? Carrasco? Bumgarner?

I don’t want them to trade for a SP, but this thread is predicting what happens next. They have made it prettt clear they are going to add a SP.

I’m going to guess Gray and cash for an arm

Trading Teheran would be my next move if possible. We have a ton of options left to make the team a WS threat.

I've almost come to the conclusion that if there is a ton of smoke around an AA rumor, there is never ever fire. He keeps his cards super close to the vest and I've seen a TON of inaccurate info published since the start of his tenure.

I'll believe the SP rumors when I see it.

Possibly true.

I don’t see any payroll room to add a SP if they are going to sign someone like Cutch or Brantely.

In fact, if they drop Duvall they can probably afford Cutch or Brantley and another bench option like Dietrich.

There are scenarios where the Braves get Gray without adding any payroll.

I like Brantley and would be happy with him but I've really started to be all in on Cutch... he's still got the skills to put in some all star seasons... he's been around forever but he's not as old as he seems
 
Nomar mazara. Big trade for pitching to a bad team that needs pitching and is two years from a new stadium.

Sign Brantley as he gets nervous he has lost his primary suiter. Then they move inciarte.

Move Julio to a fly ball friendly park.

Sign a couple vet second tier pen guys. Right handed fourth of for bench.

Leave 7 million for the deadline.

Sit back with a really good team and play hardball with teams looking to trade starters. We get the starter late.

We end up trading 5 of our top 15 plus inciarte and a couple filler guys.
 
Carrasco ends up being the pitcher. Cheaper than Kluber and less competition. Indians hungry for cheap arms like fried. We get a 3-4 win guy on a two year 20 million or so deal. Moving to the national league.
