Why do all Southerners work at Walmart?

Well, Walmart is the biggest employer in the country, and it also happens to have significantly more stores in the south than the north (headquarters in Arkansas).

That's probably why
 
Wal-Mart gets a bad reputation but they are a good company to work for. After the new tax bill they start new employees at 11.00 an hour. 1 hour lunch break and 15 minute breaks every 2 hours. Any competent and hard working person can easily get promoted to department manager which is a few bucks more per hour and then support manager which can get to almost 20$ an hour. Assistant managers get 50k plus year which is pretty good considering they have no time to actually spend it. They hire retarded people to be door greeters. A lot of elderly and mentally challenged people people work there. Yeah I know it's fun to pile on stupid people but we are all better off with them having stable jobs. Next time you go to your local Wal-Mart look at the name tags to see how long they have worked there. A lot of those people have been there 10+ years. I have worked these ****ty jobs but there's always a chance for promotion for competent hard working people. If someone says they can't get by on minimum wage maybe the first question should be why are they working for minimum wage at 40 years old. Odds are it's because they are neither competent or hard working. Some people can't help that they're stupid but you can control how hard you work.
 
Those people working at Walmart likely still have more class than you do. Glad they are working at all.

Well, the government has gotten more involved in education and spend more every year. How's that working out?

Also, can YOU explain why Walmart is bad? With specifics
 
provide a terrible product at a low cost to undercut mom and pop stores and hurting small business while paying their employees garbage and hurting small towns cause of it

not mention the way they conduct business with distributors and leave stores abandoned when their deals run out for tax breaks
 
I don’t post or go to the main boards that much but Enscheff is such a likable guy

So basically most Southern states don't have as consolidated levels of health care as some other states.
