I just don't get it. Why does everyone love Baez... did we not watch the postseason. I tend to think that is more real than just a fluke. Pitchers know they don't EVER have to throw a strike to this kid. This reminds of the love affair we had for Soler last off season.

While trade are always exciting I don't want to see much activity. I believe in the core of this team. Unless you want to swipe one of the Marlins outfielders I'd rather just bolster the pen and go to war with the young guys that we have.

I think we acquired Evan Longoria and make smaller deals for bullpen arms. I tvink We’ll be pretty active because AA wants to get the fans on board again.

I predict we do little to nothing. The investigation and the GM search put us so far behind that we'll not be able to get anything done.

Right now I’m leaning towards a deal for Prado or Headley being completed, based off the assumption AA thinks Riley is going to be ready sooner rather than later.

Headley and Clint Frazier makes a lot of sense. I’m not sure we could afford a Prado/Yelich deal in terms of the prospects going back.
