Expects Yuge Games
It is. Believe me. It's going to be beautiful.
One thing I've noticed. All the players the Braves have signed so far have beautiful hands. Just take a look at them. Big beautiful hands.

Unless it's Archer/Longo, or just for Longo, I don't make a yuge trade. Stand pat and see what we have. I'm already excited to watch the team. Getting a few more bullpen arms is fine, even a few more upgrades -- but don't jump the gun. And if we trade Max Fried or Ronald Acuna, I will be so damn pissed.

Adding Garcia has put us in the position where we do not need to make a trade for another SP. I think we still coud as I beleive Folty is expendable, but you never go in to negotiations with a need. You could be exploited.
Adding Rodriguez gives us the option of standing pat and having insurance at 3B. It also allows us to possibly trade Albies if we desire as his best position is 2B. I think we wil look in to a long term 3B to bridge the gap to Maitan as Ruiz is a part time player and Riley has some question marks. This move allows us to have a want rather than a need though.
I have a feeling SRod was signed to platoon with Garcia at 3b vs RHers, and with Jace at 2b vs LHers. That means he would be on pace to get 400 PAs at 3b and 200 PAs at 2b if he did that all year. Once Albies is ready to come up, SRod will shift over to 3b full time.
I would like to see the Braves take a look at Wellington Castillo and a RHed hitting 4th OFer like Rajai Davis, Justin Ruggiano, or Desmond Jennings.
I agree we should focus on Sale and Archer. If not them then maybe take a flyer on a guy like Tyson Ross. But then let the young guys develop
I think the Braves are still going to give Garcia a long look in attempt to capitalize on any value. Its unlikely but if he improves his ability to get on base then he becomes an attractive chip for an AL team.
I see SRod getting all PA's against LHP at second and maybe another 20-30 starts are third.
I still think we should be in on Greg Holland
