Winter Olympics

You basically have like 4 teams who're actually competitive for hockey, US, Canada, Russia and Sweden. I'm sure since I said that the Fins or someone will have a surprise tournament, but in their group the US and Russia should take care of business. My concern with the US is can Quick match Miller's performance at the last Olympics. That was the big reason we made it as far as we did was Miller's dominance. We had the best goalie in the tournament and it tooka fluke shot to not win gold.
 
Whoever the guy is that screams during cross country/biathalon is aweome. Lamest sports with like no photo finishes and he's screaming.
 
US and Russia tied at 1 near the end of the 2nd - great game so far - very physical and intense

There are a lot of good teams that can spoil things for others. The US has looked really good against everyone.
 
Still looking like it's a 4 horse race. Russia looking weaker but the US and Canada looking stronger.

I'm hoping Slovokia beats the Czechs, Czechs are a much better team. The bummer is our gold medal rematch would be in the semi's assuming us and canada get out of the quarters. Sweden and Russia/finland will be making their way to the semis.
 
Pissed I'll miss the game tomorrow. But I'll be cheering in spirit.

NBC is going for the most depressing with the least amount of sports coverage olympics ever.
 
Glad I have every Friday off - pumped for the hockey game tomorrow - hope it doesn't disappoint
