Yes. She has upon further reflection.

But I always thought letting him off for perjury was an awful thing. The courts and law enforcement depend on people telling the truth.
 
You guys are right about Clinton. He was caught red handed, clearly lied under oath and should've been found guilty. The public still liked him and the Dems rode that popularity all the way to finding him not guilty. His approval rating never waned much but if his party had acted properly, they would've voted guilty. All they saw was the battle against the Reps and didn't want them get what they wanted, which was having the golden boy Clinton gone.
