Duisburg reminds me of Leipzig, another ugly ass city.

Westphalia region is pretty dense with people so you do not know what city you are in while driving.
 
I was an exchange student in Alpharetta in 88/89 so I watched a lot of games on TV when we were playing on the west coast quite often.
I also went to Fulton County Stadium regularly and enjoyed the Braves even with a 54-106 record. But there were the young guys and you could hope...
Baseball was just my thing and I have followed the Braves ever since.
Friends sent me tapes with recorded games, I watched CNN and I was able to watch several games via slingbox and on German Pay TV channels.
