That is okay, no complaining about it, but that should be made clearer imo.

Example: you pitch 3 innings, that is 9 outs.

If you pitch 4.1 that is 12 outs (4 innings * 3) + 1 out, to have it accurate, everything is based on outs. So when I see 5.0 innings it is 15 outs.

You almost get 2 innings on either side of the correct answer, if I just do whole numbers, 95% will get points and the question would be useless.

My German is rusty from lack of use and I am solely using English grammar. Trying to get my kid to speak more English so I refuse to speak German to her anymore.

But here goes:

Oh, I understand what you meant, no problem.
I was just a matter of me not knowing that it was the outs that counted.

Keep practicing your German and speak it, shake off the rust!
