Dak wins some things, purdy wins other.

This weekend will be huge for Allen, if he can beat Dallas he will leap up the standings a lot.

I think Allen would need a lot. This is one of his worst statistical seasons throwing the ball since his second year.

Dak/Purdy would need to have a very bad game to bring him back up. Even if they are just aveage the next three weeks I think its still one of them who wins.

Allen is about to have his 4th consecutive season with 40 TDs. He's

Your first statement is just wrong, by most stats he's superior this year to 2021, and with a strong finish he'll be better than last year.

He’s throwing the ball short more than he has in his career and the only reason his comp% is up. His td rate has dropped a bunch and int rate has gone up.

Still very successful when he runs the ball and glad he is becoming more judicious in that area but unless something big happens up for him and down for Dak and Purdy I don’t see how he has argument.

Since DOrsey was fired he's looked much better.

The people who said the Vikings offensive weapons made cousins look really dumb. While the Dobbs era started out hot dropping points on the Falcons and Saints. After a decent 20 points on the Broncos, they then dropped to only 10 on the bears, 3 on the Raiders losing his job to Mullins who has only 7 vs the bengals. And every team has a stinker, but having multiple stinkers in a row is a trend. And with Jetta back, that's one less excuse.

Gilesfan was always right about cousins. Wish shanny could have got his hands back on him (before Purdy got here of course)

I think thi season is the season of mid. After saturday there are

1 team with 1 win
0 teams with 2 wins
2 teams with 3 wins
1 team with 4 wins
5 teams with 5 wins
7 teams with 6 wins
5 teams with 7 wins
5 teams with 8 wins
1 team with 9 wins
5 teams with 10 wins

With 3-4 games left almost every team is still in the playoff hunt except the Panthers and Pats. Commanders and Cardinals are probably both effectively eliminated because of opponents who have common opponents leading to likely wins,

But anyway look at that spread, half the league between 6-8 wins, which means the majority of the league likely will end up between 8-9 wins. Which means probably half the league will be over or under .500 by a game. of course things could change, teams could fall apart. But yeah what mid season.

Now it's time to see, who's the worst team currently in the playoffs. To keep it stupid, I'll go off Net points. Neither league right now has a playoff team with a major negative net points which I find astonishing. Bengals are at -4, Falcons could get back in on negative points if they don't blowout the Panthers and the Packers beat the bucs. If the Giants wind up in the playoff picture holy hell. Currently sitting at -131 points. There's no way they can go positive.

Crazy that browning has played so well. Does that make you double take burrow or does browning have some value (maybe second or third rounder)?

Won't know til he leaves. But Bengals have a lot of offensive weapons. Chase is a great number 1, HIggins is one of the best number 2s, Boyd is maybe the best 3 in the leage and Mixon is a rock solid RB. OL is ok.

A healthy Burrow (he wasn't healthy all year, let's be real) would probably be leader in MVP talks. So I don't know if he's legit or if he's just a backup putting up good stats because he has great weapons.

Browning is more likely the next Matt Flynn or Matt Cassell than he is Purdy, Cousins, or Brady.

Cousins wasn't slept on as a bad QB. He was picked in like the 4th round. And because it was Washington he was just outside of the top 100. He was still expected to regularly contribute in the NFL, just as a backup. Cousins is more comparable to Aaron Brooks and Steve Beuerlein. Or if you want to just go with the blanket drafted as a probable backup with a chance to start, Jimmy G, Chris Simms, Matt Schaub, etc.

Anyway yeah probably not good. It's like the GIants fans rallying around TOmmy Devito.
