The constitution says I can't run for the presidency even though I've never been convicted of a crime.
Are you talking about Trump or you personally?

Foreign born?
Yes. Naturalized citizen.
Could a red state simply decide that Joe Biden has been treasonous by letting 6 million people through the border and this not be allowed on the ballot.
As usual you intentionally distort what happened to try to make a point. The voters in any red state could do what voters in Colorado did and challenge the eligibility of Biden for any reason they want. It wouldn't go far but they could do it.

Intentionally letting our country be invaded is grounds for a lawsuit regarding treason
But the GOP doesn't have that type of spine. They don't play dirty like the communists.
But glad to know you and nscapi would support a red court deciding to remove him from the ballot if they grew one
Neither of which is required.
On what grounds did Donald trump engage in a pepper spray insurrection, outside of liberals and media saying so?
Has he been convicted of such?
Yall cool with a state throwing a political opponent off the ballot based on accusations?
(I know you are, I just pray to God you get to taste the consequences of that one day)
I would love to know how Trump engaged in an insurrection when we have strong video evidence of the crowd being peaceful until rubber bullets and flash grenades went into the crowd.

Again, the state didn't do anything. Private citizens sued the state alledging Trump was ineligible to be on the ballot based on the constitutional requirements and won. The state has no say on that.
