Trump Indictment Watch

I can imagine his poll numbers would go up. Lets not forget Jeff Sessions was Trumps AG. A man too racist to even be a Judge in the 80's.

Just wanted to drop in and give an attorney's perspective on the Fani Willis accusations. The fact that neither her nor the special prosecutor have denied anything means even more than people think. Attorneys in Georgia are regulated by the Supreme Court of Georgia through the State Bar of Georgia. When an attorney is accused of misconduct and the State Bar investigates, one of the things they're going to look at is how truthful the attorney was in dealing with the matter and how much they were willing to accept responsibility. If you're an attorney that comes out swinging and denies everything only for the allegations to later prove true, that's a big problem for you. You can deny your client did anything wrong all day but you're supposed to be completely truthful in regards to yourself.

Willis and the special prosecutor are no doubt weighing what they say very, very carefully right now. If they deny allegations that turn out to be true and the State Bar investigates, they'll only make it worse for themselves. They have to be even more careful in what they say to a court. If they compound anything they've done with a lack of candor toward the tribunal then it will get really, really nasty.

If the allegations against Willis are true, what she really has to worry about would be whether she personally benefitted from the money paid to the special prosecutor. If taxpayer money that she had control of was misused in a way to enrich herself, she needs to worry about her law license. The State Bar doesn't mess around when it comes to money.

It’s all criminals trying to figure out a way to stop trump. Such a sham and shame on anyone who gave it credence.

Would it surprise anyone even if the evidence is damning that she skates on this?

When you dont know what evidence is if it hit you in the head its easy to think that way. Remember when you thought Hillary could be convicted of crimes someone else confessed to just because you think she is a liar.

lol. Yes, you can be convicted for the actions of your employees. It's called "respondeat superior". Using your insane logic every employer can just have their hard drive wiped "accidently" by an employee if under subpoena and skate free. What makes you so full of **** is that you wouldn't be saying this if Trump had done this.

Btw, Hillary did more crimes beyond just wiping her drive.

If I ever get a subpoena from the government for my hard drive I'll be sure to have one of my employees "accidently" wipe it. I'm sure that'll be okay and the government would be understanding. lol

My ass would be under the jail so fast it'd make your head spin.

Or flood your server room, just make sure it actually works.

Didn’t Hilldog smash hers with hammers ?

Its not uncommon to destroy government devices like that. I have done IT work for school replacing computers and we were instructed to drill holes through the hard drives and I highly doubt those even had sensitive data on them.

In my practice I've written corporate policies on data destruction. Physical violence on hard drives is not rare in such policies. I've written policies that state striking the plates with a hammer or an axe is an acceptable means of disposing of the drive.

I find that spilling coffee on mine is highly effective.
