So originally from Utah. Went to grad school and worked in the Bay Area for 8 years. Moved back to Utah during the pandemic before permanently moving to Texas.
Didn’t know you were down the road though… working here?

I work remote down here for a global company. Moved down for my wife's practice.
We are based in Bay Area but have an office in ATX that I sometimes (rarely) make an appearance in... mostly just to make fun of the libs

Stayed in hurricane a few days last year to go see Zion national park. Loved southern Utah. I wanna check out Salt Lake City sometime in the future.

Before this day, I was a skeptical but sympathetic supporter of Trump.
This was the unveiling. This was the wake up call that Trump is Trump only, America last. He doesn't give a **** about anyone but himself. He got jealous of RDS' popularity and decided to wage war.
Then his awful hand selected candidates got killed in what should have been a red wave.
Then he went after successful Republicans like Youngkin, Kemp, and Reynolds
I started to adjust my process
It was then I decided to take a much more objective look at his presidency... a much more objective look at his rhetoric.
He is a leftist. Who cares only about being loved than being right. Its Then when I realized the reason he didn't fire fauci was not that he got it wrong, but he was afraid people would get mad at him. He didn't fail to drain the swamp because he was foiled, he failed because he didn't want the backlash.
I could go on and on, but yall get it. He's always been a liberal... he's always been a marketer. He found a buyer for his rhetoric and rode it to where we are now.
Then I look at his supporters. At first I was convinced they just chose the best option to implement their populist policies. And trump is a fun dude... legit hilarious. Trump supporters have fun, like a fraternity. They lvoe each othrf and enjoy themselves.
But the record and rhetoric is clear... he isn't capable of implementing those policies they clsim they want. He failed Then and believes he made no mistakes.
Contrast that with a candidate who actually did. Across the board. Beloved by MAGA. Beloved by thethe, cerno, Poso, catturd, Candace... literally the entire cult loved this guy.
Until one day. They were instructed to not love him anymore. And they all listened.
I've never seen anything like it. And the day Trump decided RDS was the enemy, was the day I realized what an enormous gift Trump has been to the communists... and his idiot supporters sometimes make me think that leftists are smart by contrast.
I saw one guy on Twitter say how much he loves Vivek and how he is MAGA on Jan 9th. Then on the 14th trump said he's not MAGA, and this guy posted Vivek is not MAGA. Today vivek is stumping for Trump, and this guy praises him for being a MAGA.
Look at thethe... he's been mercilessly mocked on this board for years. But he always took it like a man, and made his arguments. Right or wrong, he wasn't afraid. He takes on the communists, the lecturers, the idiots... but there was one thing that was too much for him...
Legitimate, irrefutable criticism of his god. That was simply too much for him and he decided to argue with air instead, because it was too much of a sin for someone to expose the failures of his god.
It's a ****ing cult... and it'd be one thing if their leader was actually effective... but instead he's the opposite... he accomplished very little, and oversaw one of the worst years in American history, and has only lost over the last 7 years. Better yet, we have an alternative that is the complete opposite in effectiveness, and the same in rhetoric, and yet the cult despises him for no other reason than they were instructed to. Listless vessel was a great descriptor.
Idiot leftists have TDS bc they think he's the end of democracy. I have TDS bc he is such a useful tool for the communists destroying us. I could only wish that he was the reality of the delusion that 57 and thethe believe he is
Anyhow, this party is done until this cancer is removed. Anecdotal of course, but my group of ~25 or so close male friends... 20 of them voted for Trump in 2020, and 18 og those are done with him forever... full stop back to 3rd party. Their wives will almost all vote for (D). And the enthusiasm gap seems to suggest that aint so anecdotal
And perhaps a newer and more effective party will emerge from it. Because the party before Trump was pretty useless, but at least it wasn't so destructive.

Its not RDS fault that he was used and abused (Easy to get gassed up after a great run as Florida Gov). He probably thought it was all well intentioned. Now is the time Ron - Come back into the fold and take your place for the future of MAGA and this country.
