Trump Indictment Watch

Trump's testimony on the latest defamation trial has largely centered on his wealth which he brags about how much he believes he is worth. Considering the trial is about how much he owes since he was already found liable it's literally the worst thing he could do outside of continuing to defame the defendant. So Trump has literally done the two worst things he could do. Get ready for a large verdict.

No matter the lies/inconsistencies that lunatic woman has been caught in she'll get richer.

It was removed because theres still the presidential immunity appeal going and even after Trump loses he is guaranteed to appeal it to the Supreme Court so a March court date wasnt going to happen. Today was when the process of getting a jury was to start so thats why it was removed now. You people try to interpret anything and everything as some big win for Trump. Its a win for him only in the sense that he might actually delay thev trial enough to pardon himself since he has no faith in actually winning the case.

I knew when Willis didn't immediately deny the allegations that they were true. An attorney is thinking of a future State Bar investigation in that moment and false denials are a consideration in such things.

If they find she personally benefited from money paid to this guy, she could be in really, really hot water. The State Bar won't care who she's sleeping with. But when a attorney is in charge of money that isn't theirs and they misuse it to personally enrich themselves, the State Bar will drop the hammer on them. Messing around with money is what gets more lawyers disbarred than anything else.

ala Ginni and Clarence Thomas ?

Its going to be a never ending meltdown on the left as they see all the cases they were assured would "Get Trump!" crumble and burn in flames.

It will be even worse when Trump is sworn in on 1/20/25.

Allen Weaselberg reportedly in negotiations for a plea deal for perjury from Trumps latest trial. I hope he enjoyed his stay at Rikers.

Trumps lawyers in a filing indicate they plan to file motions to dismiss by the Feb 22 deadline based on Presidential immunity(lol), the Presidential Records Act, Security clearance, impermissible preindictment delay, and selective and vindictive prosecution. All of which are laughable, but it I already cant wait to see the resident paint chip eater Garmels reaction to Trumps own appointed Judge shooting down his PRA argument.

Some possible timelines for trial by people with far more experience in the matters than I do. I was starting to assume Trump wouldnt have his day in court before the election. Maybe I was wrong.

When did I say this trial would be dismissed before it even started? Most judges treat the indictment as fact and rarely dismiss beforehand. This case probably won't be dismissed.

However, I can't wait to see the resident idiot's reaction when the jury sees what the PRA and legal precedent say in black and white (which I have shown here several times) and the jury says "not guilty". CajunRetard will start blaming the judge or the jury for being a Trump Jury while I laugh at his constant stupidity for letting himself continually be brainwashed by a corrupt media.

If it's covered by the PRA the Judge would dismiss the case when Trump files that motion. She won't. I even doubt she will let Trump's lawyers even use that in the trial.
