More often than not it’s money but it’s unknown in this case. From what I’ve read most rank and file hate the bill.

And his cult nods approvingly. But I do wonder if they ever get insulted that their god is willing to lie to their face so frequently
Basic improvements isn't the goal, especially if it's a temporary fix that will make things considerably worse in the future.
Using an oily towel to treat a gunshot wound would be better in the short term than nothing ,(which is the situation now). But it's going to lead to infection down the road when it is inevitably ignored. It's better to wait and think about a better solution than trying to attempt a terrible solution.
