What part of this says " I, the Judge, personally place the value of Maralago at 18-27 million. The Palm Beach County Assessor did appraise the market value at 18-27 million. That is a fact mentioned by the Judge. If this was the sole factor the verdict would just have this sentence and what Trump claimed the value was. Theres several paragraphs describing how Trump fraudulently valued Maralago as a Residence despite his signed agreement. What anyone thinks Maralago is worth is irrelevant at that point because no one questions that it is worth more as a residence than a social club.

Yes, it is clear he is using this this assessor's appraisal as a baseline or this line wouldn't be in here.

There is no such thing as a "verdict" in this case. Please learn the difference between a verdict and a ruling.

Trump valued it to what the the free market says, not what the judge thinks it is. One realtor has the value at 1.2 billion.

How would he know what the free market value is if he hasnt sold it. Tell you what, if you sell your house I will buy it for 1431951 trillion dollars. Congrats your house is worth 1431951 trillion dollars.

Deport millions of illegals and the supply to demand ratio evens out.
