Trump endorsing spy master Mike Rogers over Amash doesn’t give me much confidence that Trump cares all that much about the principles of civil liberties and free speech.

Its a bad endorsement and he should just stay out of it but lets not pretend that Trump would ever endorse Amash considering he stupidly voted for the BS impeachment led by the left.

Its been shown to be true now that RDS is out of hte race and they are still attacking Trump (which only helps Biden).

Endorsing Mike Rogers is a separate decision than not endorsing Amash. In the context of framing Trump’s support of Tik Tok as him having good intuition about civil liberties, it seems inconsistent.

I agree he should not have endorsed him and never said anything otherwise.

Also, the 'Tik Tok' ban bill as its currently constructed is a red hering and has nothing to do with the principle of stopping the CCP. I believe that Trump sees this which is why he talked about how it would only make Zuckerberg (who is part of the leftist program) more powerful.

But I've been told I agree with everything Trump does....

I agree with Shapiro that early retirement isn’t greener pastures, it’s terribly stupid to build a platform around the idea of working until you’re dead. Social Security reform is dead politically if this is how it gets messaged.

Personally, I LOVE LOVE LOVE what I do and can't even imagine retiring but that feeling should not be extrapolated to the countries population. God bless Ben and his success but it sounds incredibly tone deaf to say these things with people struggling at manual labor jobs with the hope of not having to come home smelling like **** when they are 70 years old.
