Good morning.

Today, a former President stands trial for obfuscating payments
he made to hide key facts from the electorate.

Meanwhile, Tish James pushes to revoke the bond in his civil judgment.

Tomorrow, he has a hearing to assess his gag order violations.

On Thursday, SCOTUS hears oral arguments to determine
if he is entitled to immunity from his criminal conduct.

The days that were promised are here.

what a horrible human being

Celebrate ?

Discuss, yes, celebrate?

If you have something to say weigh in with discussion.
Otherwise you are a nuisance

I don't believe you understand the historical import
of what will take place this morning

I thought the contempt hearing was on the 30th. He will almost certainly be found in contempt of court but it will probably be a monetary fine as the Judge will once again beg and plead Trump to not force him to send him to jail for contempt. No one else would get a Judge to beg them to behave. He needs a 48 hour stay in a cell because as it is now he has no reason to comply. He will use political donations from saps like little thethe to pay the fines.

Also, I expect his 175 million bond to be rejected. I dont know that he will have a hard time getting another bond but that he had to go to such a route he has for a bond makes it seem like he lacks options. I think this bond route was more about saving money and he was selling political favors for a bond that wouldnt cost him millions of dollars.
