Who defines what an activist Judge is? Is U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk an activist Judge in your opinion. I know you dont know who that is but look him up. Its not a coincidence Republicans file their lawsuits in his district.

Your solution is to hand the country over the left for another 4 years of devastation with a radicalized judiciary. 5-10M illeagls made citizens (AT LEAST) and vote for the left. A world on fire from inept leadership.

But surely the Republicans running cnadidates with 1980's policy sets without personality will win in that enviornment!

I don't decipher what is right based on the majority opinion, fyi. I'm aware the majority support socialist ponzie schemes like social security. That doesn't mean it's not a total theft and abject failure of a program, though. Think with your head, not with opinion polls.

But you glossed over the point of my post. I'll edit it for you so you can focus.
