After a very good 5th episode, we've reverted back to mediocrity.
Qimir is legitimately a great character though.
And they've given him so little screentime.

So we know the true story of what happened to the coven now. Interestingly the Zabrak woman is still alive.
I thought they were going to split Sol using the vergence to create Qimir when they mentioned the vergence splitting the twins. Doesn't look like that happened though.
I don't think we've seen the last of the vergence though.
And they've given him so little screentime.
What I hope is that he is being set up for a bigger role in the next season. My fear is he's killed off by a bigger bad.
Probably not. I think what's important is that we see the Jedi weren't really at fault. But they weren't innocent either. Which I feel like is par for the course for Jedi in Lucas's prequels. They're doing what they believe is best even when it wasn't. I think no moment sent it home more than Sol choosing to save Osha. EVen though we were basically told they were the same.
Honestly I wish we knew what the Mother was going to do before Sol killed her. He obviously thought she was going to possess Mae. But what was gonna happen? I think she was going to try and save Osha. Which is why Sol was so distraught.
My biggest problem with the episode was there was insufficient motivation for characters to do things. Torbin, who has trained essentially as a warrior monk his entire life, went rogue because he was homesick? Sol overthrows everything he knows for a kid he has never really met? He kills her unarmed mom because she starts using a force power?
I think the mother was teleporting herself and Mae like the Zabrak teleported later. She was trying to get Mae to safety. Mae was turning to smoke too.
I've never voted on movie ratings, aside from basic Netflix ratings, which serve more to suggest things that I might like.
This show has not been good though. 14% is a bit rough. But I wouldn't be surprised if you removed the review bombings that the actual rating was closer to 35-40%. It's just not a good show.
Why do you care so much
Why do you care so much?
I'm just trying to enjoy content and you're over here bitching about nothing.
Lol,
Relax Francis. Its not a good show. It will be ok. It doesn't need your white knight syndrome making excuses for it. Bad shows happen, and it won't affect my life whatsoever. You are over acting like you are gonna play in traffic over a rotten tomatoes score.
Am I? I just feel like these kind of trolls are sad people. I think saying that isn't anything like the dramatic **** you're saying.
Its been going on for like 6 pages. It is dramatic. You are spending time quoting articles doing the math on what the score should be.
Maybe its coming across as super dramatic because you tried to lord over everyone and say how stupid everyone was for not loving it.
I point out how stupid it is to listen to grifters, who're consistently wrong.

The conspiracy theorist in me wants to believe that Disney actually instigates troll attacks on projects it knows will fail. That way they can blame the failure on the trolls and accuse anyone who doesn't like the project of racism/sexism/etc.
It's getting to be too often repeated. You saw it with Little Mermaid, you saw it with Buzz Lightyear, and you've seen it with the Acolyte. All are very flawed productions.
