Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has repeatedly denied knowing about the Project 2025 policy blueprint or the people behind it. “Have no idea who is in charge of it,” he wrote in a social media post in July.
But in April 2022, Trump shared a 45-minute private flight with Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts, according to people familiar with the trip, plane-tracking data and a photograph from on board the plane, which has not been previously reported. They flew together to a Heritage conference where Trump delivered a keynote address that gestured to Heritage’s forthcoming policy proposals.
“They’re going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do,” Trump said in the speech.
Separately, Roberts told The Washington Post in an interview in April of this year that he had previously discussed Project 2025 with Trump as part of offering briefings to all presidential candidates. “I personally have talked to President Trump about Project 2025,” he said in the interview, “because my role in the project has been to make sure that all of the candidates who have responded to our offer for a briefing on Project 2025 get one from me.”

I do not care in the least about stolen valor as it pertains to technicalities on rank. By all accounts Walz dutifully served his country for 24 years.
I am not going to belittle anybody who is concerned about this. I’m not a veteran and I’ll freely admit those who do care about this story have much more right to do so than I do to dismiss it. That said, I do not see there being that many people who care about this, and far less who will care about this so much that they base their vote on it.
How many are oversampling democrats? At least 2 of them I know are.

Again, he served in the National Guard for 24 years and I just don’t care about the circumstances of his tours or rank. Others do, that’s fine. I don’t think enough will for this to be the main talking point.
The freedom of speech complaint is fair, he shouldn’t have said that. Good thing we have the First Amendment. The outlook isn’t much better with the “burning the flag should result in a year in prison” folks.
I don’t really give a **** about the neighborhood thing.
Not sure on that.
Kamala has an uphill battle because she has to win by at least 3 points to win the electoral college.

The trend is not trumps friend. And I don't see him doing any rallies or advertising . It's basically feels like JD Vance is the head of ticket

I guess my point is, if him lying about fighting in combat, calling for the end of the 1st amendment, and setting up programs for citizens to snitch on neighbors to the authorities doesn't bother you or "fail to frame him effectively" then nothing will in your eyes. You are undeterred

Wearing a hat isn't "stealing valor". It's showing support for fellow servicemen.
I know a guy who never served in the military with the same tattoos his veteran father had. You're flailing but it's understandable.

You said the same stuff when Biden had a bump after his State of the Union bragging how right you were that the media were fixing the polls. How did that work out?
Let's wait and see what this looks like after Harris has a couple of debates and people see the real her.
Even David Axelrod has said this boost she has is artificial and will go down.
