It has not been confirmed and corroborated by multiple sources. The Atlantic and the NYT hide behind "anonymous sources." Every official on the trip denied it was said, except for Kelly who has a clear vendetta against Trump. So what we have a bunch credible officials who deny it was said vs a disgraced/fired former Trump aid and some "anonymous sources."
