Speaking of the FBI and pedophiles, while I 100% applaud the arrest of any child predators, it’s worth pointing out that this number sounds more impressive than it might actually be. ~50 people are arrested on rape charges each day nationally. Doesn’t make it any less good that bad people were arrested, but this isn’t some turning point in the fight against predators, even if Patel and Bondi hold a press conference.

Because it’s part of the larger trend of the Trump Admin using misleading crime statistics to keep their base engaged. All this Epstein and human trafficking and child predator talk has frustrated me going back to QAnon because there isn’t actually some shadowy leftist force opposing anybody on protecting kids from violent criminals.

I also enjoyed how MAGA flocked to "The Sound of Freedom" movie based on Tim Ballard and was a "must see" movie that exposed the truth of child trafficking... turns out, Ballard was just another trafficker/fraud/scumbag... never heard any criticism from the MAGA crowd... they got really quiet about him really quick. Doesn't fit the narrative. They treated the dude as a hero and he's worse than the worst scum on this earth. Sure have been quite a few MAGA pedophiles arrested in the past couple years.
