They couldn't hit last year. This is a full season now of crap offense. This team simply can't hit anymore. I think it's offseason work... they all have comfy deals, and that's made them lazy.
 
I legitimately think they just hit the ball hard and hope it gets down. The idea of "hit it where they ain't" isn't applicable in their heads.

It's just insane the number of chances they've had to get above .500 and each attempt is a brutal fail.
 
The offense is straight trash and should be all be sent to Ukraine to help out vs the Russians. Now sale is legimately snake bit... .500 babip today and .392 for the season

We've starte verdugo vs a lhp 2 of the last 3 games. That alone when you absolutely can't score should be reason enough to fire him. Verdugo has been on good teams basically his whole career, and this is the only spot he starts vs lhp and at leadoff no less. Managerial malpractice
