Manziel himself has discreetly let it be known he wants little to do with Jacksonville, even as rumors are trending towards that match.
Texas would like to deal the top pick ... probably because owner wants Clowney, GM wants Mack and Coach O'Brien wants QB. Are willing to wait until they are on the clock

Hate to break it to you but the saints could create another 20 cap space if they want to. Restructuring Brees base salary alone coupd create 7 mill in cap space.

I'm a Bucs fan and I'm not ganna lie...I'd love for them to take Manziel. Would make them relevant and exciting. Glennon isnt that good and McCown just got hot at the right time. I also would like Evans at 7 if he's available.
