NFL Draft Thread

Possibly. Looks like they're not quite confident in retaining or the ability of James and Hunter though.
I am not confident in them either, especially James. He even scares me on returns, not the surest hands. Not being confident in Hunter is surprising, though. He has had a couple real good seasons for a second string guy.

I just hope that this doesn't mean that Lattimore is not coming along with his knee as good as he should.

No matter what you can't count on anything from Lattimore until he proves something on the field.

LOVE THAT PICK!

Its all about the offensive/defensive line. We needed to make sure that we had a backup plan in case Kilgore wasn't ready to start. But overall this guy might be all over the interior of the line giving insurance for Iuapit as well.

This kid Hyde was pretty impressive in college. I like that we are surrounding Kaep with even more weapons.

Considering Baalke is basically the best drafter in the league (aside from Seattle's organization) I think I have reason to.

Lulz.

Aside from the years they picked high and got Smith and the year he was setup with 2 picks in the 10-20 range, what has he done? AJ Jenkins? Eric Reid looks solid but not spectacular so far so who knows with him. He's gotten some good picks but he's hardly "basically the best drafter" I'm pretty sure the Pats kill it with that as they're always picking in the late 20s and always are one of the best teams in the league. Seattle has done great recently but like SF they benefitted from some high picks from sucking. Great drafting happens when you find a Gronk later in the draft. That's great drafting.
