As much as I like Grant Holmes, I think you have to sell high if someone wants to hand over a top 50 overall prospect at a position of need. You could get Stl to come off Wetherholt or AZ to come off Lawler with a Murphy/Holmes trade.

He can be packaged with iggy, Lee, and/or Johnson

There's your Grant Holmes replacement once you sell high on h

Those are the 2 types of prospects that can extend a window. Murphy and Holmes should no doubt get 1 of them or more.

I think JK is a lost cause, but I'm hopeful Harris can figure it out. I don't think Harris is gonna figure it out getting carved up every night in mlb though.
What people tend to forget is that the other team does scout you. Harris had back-to-back great seasons to start his career and although he fell off a bit last season, part of that was due to injury. The thing on Harris is that there's the strike zone for everyone else and then there's Harris' self-constructed strike zone that is considerably larger. No pitcher in his right mind is going to throw him a strike. 2.9% BB-rate says quite a bit. I don't know if he needs to be totally rebuilt as a hitter. Maybe he just needs to visit Uggla's eye doctor.

There would be a number of teams who would look at Harris’ good years and his age and be convinced they could fix him.

They would use this year to drive the price down, but they would want to take a shot at fixing him.

I am not sure, with some new hitting coaches, the Braves aren’t just as likely to do that as someone else.

I would sell him for anything.
