I’m literally criticizing The Independent here, so this is a weird take.

What they are mad about isn’t all that difficult to figure out: they think the ad is promoting the concept that white beauty traits are superior to others. They just fail miserably at making that argument, in no small part because there’s no actual evidence to support it. The suggestion is that because so many people had to approve the ad and miss that she’s a white woman talking about genetics, that it was explicitly doing so. But at best, all they’ve proven is that at least some ad execs are willing to risk controversy and ignore certain undertones, and I’m not even sure I’m willing to grant them that. They sell blue jeans, they found someone who hit the genetic lottery and has blue eyes. It’s a weird ad for the purposes of selling jeans to other women, so I don’t doubt they anticipated and planned for the controversy, but it’s not pro-eugenics or anti-non hot white people.

I said it on reddit but AE messed up by not making this their tentpole advertising campaign with all kinds of people. Hire a bunch of models, actors, etc. and you can rotate them around in pairs or so. could have been an easy ad campaign that would have appealed to multiple people.

That being said, the ad is clearly working. It's all people are talking about and most people don't care about ad campaigns from most places outside of seeing them.

Better than my wildest imagination. I thought I was gonna be free most of the day to whatever. I just hired my first two employees last week. I have hired people before but never for my own company. I may abandon plans to go 24 hours because for whatever reason drunk people like to come here. People get denied alcohol at the gas station I am attached to then come bang on my door. I wont sell to drunk people because I dont want them to get in a wreck and for THC to be even partially blamed for it. We had a little bit of a supply issue right before the deadline to veto the delegalization bill. As I told people I bet on greed. This is a 9 billion dollar industry in Texas alone. They aint gonna give that up without using some of those profits to bribe the right people. The legalization lobby is bigger than the prohibition lobby so its kind of like a bribe-a-thon going on. I havent spent almost any of the money I made yet though. I still had 8 weeks paid vacation time left at my job when I quit. I am putting everything into 6 month CDs right now to earn a little bit extra than just letting it sit in the bank since I dont really need it now. The delegalization might still happen. The Democrats running away to deny quorum is preventing them from doing anything in their current special session. But the Governor who just veto'd the delegalization bill has said he supports doing it in the special session or next year. So hopefully someone pushes him down a flight of stairs between then and now. And no I dont feel about wishing violence on him. The way I see it its self defense.
 
Am I the only one that thinks Sweeney just isn’t very hot? I don’t know her so this is shallow, but physical appearance is really all modeling is about. She’s a butterface with a big but not very nice rack, and a flat butt.

I don’t get it. I see prettier women at Publix.

Her face is fine but not great. Her rack is A+++ not sure what you're doing there but my wife is an eye doctor if you need an appointment
