I don't think what I think really matters. I personally am a fan of the facts.

Honestly I'd say most likely he's Groyper or terminally online, and when he did what he did he regretted it which is why he wound up turning himself in. But that's my opinion. I have no facts to back it up, nor do I pretend to. Like sturg by saying that his roommate is trans and his lover. Especially after famously early reports were wrong (remember when the bullet casings had trans ideologies etched into it?)

He didn’t turn himself in. He told his dad he would rather kill himself so his dad “secured” him and called a law enforcement friend. This happened after his dad confronted him after seeing the photos released by the police.

The word ‘or’ is doing a whole lot of work here, Zeets. I’m all for letting all the evidence come out before settling on a conclusion, but given the information out there thus far, I can’t see how it’s *most* likely he’s a Groyper because used meme text. It’s noteworthy and will surely be explored, but it’s not a smoking gun that suggests the most obvious reason from the beginning isn’t still the most likely with what we currently know.

Sure

But all of the available evidence suggest not. Zeets is acting like we’re basing this off cryptic messages on shell casings and not once has acknowledged the reporting today his trans partner

There's also the extensive reporting that at least 6 of his classmates said he got radicalized in left wing ideology

And the fact he killed Charlie Kirk

The main logic I have towards my suspicion is that it's coming from the sources themselves. People on 4chan, Fuentes being quick to disavow, etc. i never said at any point I'm right. c2c asked me a question I answered. I'd rather wait to see what happens. The right wing media really started changing the spin on their tone when it wasn't a person of color, or trans person, but just a white mormon dude. UNlike them, I'd rather wait and see what happens and how he got here and how we can work on not allowing this to happen again.

I think people should be able to say what they want on their own time and companies should not be allowed to penalize them for it. But, if my opponent comes at me with a bat, I’m not going to turn down a bat if my own. PC speech and getting people fired for “problematic” statements absolutely, indisputably started on the left. I won’t deny the joy I feel at seeing them hoisted by their own petard. Especially the teachers.

Off topic, but I recently re-read the book in the Master and Commander series (amazing books by the way) where Dr. Maturin goes ashore in the Galapagos. That got me thinking of evolution, which got me thinking of human evolution.

Has it occurred to anyone else that all of our assistance programs for people unable to provide for themselves actually cause our species to evolve backwards? Every other species and our own until the last couple of centuries improved by the strong surviving and excelling. Now, those who require the most help also do the most reproducing. Perhaps we should solve hunger in impoverished places with reversible chemical castration instead of trailers full of food? Maybe Mr. Beast should give out maps and compasses to help people in freaking deserts find where water is, instead of digging hundreds of feet to find it for them?
 
So we all now acknowledge this was trans violence now right?

What is to be done about it is the question.
