Ryan was a much better player than Stafford. Stafford has been better in his 30s. But again, I think if Ryan was coached by McVay or Shannahan in his late 30s he would have some great looking numbers after 30 too.

And what would stafford have been if he was coached by them in his 20's / early 30s?

You make it sound like Ryan had Shanny for more than 2 seasons. If Stafford had Dirk Koetter as his main play caller he probably is chasing Favre for all time interceptions.

Ryan was surrounded by incredible weapons most of his career - Acting like that isn't the case is funny.

Megatron was a gift and a curse. Stafford forced so many throws to him leading to breakups and interceptions. Surprisingly, Stafford had better numbers after Megatron retired, because he started spreading the ball around to 2nd and 3rd reads

Now - it's on Stafford not to force balls into not open players, but he became a better QB after he lost that crutch

Ryan made Harry Douglas a 1000 yard receiver. He made people think Ridley was a WR1. Julio is an all time great receiver. But so is megatron. And Puka and Kupp were AP1s too. And now he's got Davante Adams as his number 2 who's a future hall of famer.

I never said he was Brady. And Ryan had all those weapons simultaneously. It’s no wonder when Stafford got weapons and good coaching he’s the mvp
