GDT 4-7: Reylo as the STOPPER

I think Lopez should get a suspension that is just as impactful as far as actual missed games as Soler. He should've dropped the ball as soon as Soler charged, and he definitely shouldn't have hit him with it.

Yep - could have blinded him if he hit him in the right spot. As far as what the Braves do, will they call up Fuentes or Ritchie?

Tell me you'll think calmly when a dude the size of Soler comes charging at you with haymakers. lol

Standard suspension for both is fine. Ritchie will be called up because he pitched last night as well.
 
Ritchie would need to be added to the 40 man. I imagine it will be Fuentes.

With the off day, Fuentes can throw tonight in Gwinnett and still be available again on Monday. Everyone else can start on normal rest instead of getting an extra day off like they were scheduled to.

This is ridiculous. Hitting him with the ball like that is safer for both of them. If he hit him with his fist with the ball in his hand it might have done real damage.


Quick lifehack. If you find your self in a spontaneous fight load your keys into hand with your car key sticking out between your fingers and go for the eyes, throat, or below rib cage. Saved me from a mugging.

This could be a high impact problem. Because it’s an on field incident we’d have to play short while Lopez is suspended. Someone is likely going to have to be DFA

LOL. Not a chance though. It’s Payamps J.Suarez and Bido who are on the chopping block. I’d guess Payamps because he’d likely go unclaimed because of his contract and he doesn’t have the service time to keep his money if he elects FA. Bido and Suarez become at risk if they have a game where they pitch multiple innings and have to be down.
