It's probably not a big deal, but one thing I noticed about Ritchie is when in the dugout talking to Hefner and just now with Sale, he was definitely talking with them as well as listening. To me at least, I usually see rookie pitchers just listen and talk very little. I like the fact JR was giving feedback as well
