Turbo has pretty much taken over that role with his giant, capital "W".
What's the update on Heyward's wRC+? 1-4 with two walks...
Braves call ups are coming up and producing right away. It's amazing how many of them come up ready to play. That's a testament to what keeps this org going. Great a player development and prep.
Hope they give us the shot in the arm we needed.
still at 98 on the year. woba doesn't give credit for intentional walks.
So has our offense come around? Played a lot better since that cards game two weeks ago
Interesting - seems odd though bc intentional walks are usually both valuable, and are attributed to the skill of the hitter (i.e. pitcher not wanting to face him)
Heyward being productive is the key. Freeman's always gonna be consistent and Upton is a beast. Also, BJ is no longer a black hole.
If TLS looks good for a couple weeks, I hope we can move him up to #1 or #2, giving us a chance to move Heward down a bit. My favorite lineup would be:
1. TLS
2. JUpton
3. Freeman
4. Gattis
5. JHey
6. BJ
7. Simmons
8. CJ
FTFY
On what planet should Evan Gattis be getting more ABs than Heyward?

Tomorrow, it'll be Wood and Simmons I guess in any high leverage situation.
