THat being said, I'm still fairly sure Hamas is sponsored by Israel and just part of Israel's plan to take over the land of Canaan. Israel I'm sure learned from the US that the best way to drum up support is to have some fake enemies. How many people think ISIS is a big problem in the world? You all fell for it as ISIS like Al Queda, like Boko Haram, are all US sponsored terrorists. Sure in some different degree than another but we are either directly or indirectly giving these people what they need to create strife in the middle east to expand our middle eastern agenda.

I mean I'm not fond of the administration, but to actually think that Obama is using ISIS to behead, crucify, rape, etc., and aim at genocide so that he can expand our "middle eastern agenda" is just nuts - and pretty horrific. Sick.

i don't think that is at play here

but all of those have pretty much been done in some way by our gov't or done by a group that has support from our gov't

Well it's not Obama, he's just a figurehead as is totally obvious by the 0 real changes between him and Bush.

As far as telling ISIS what to do, no I don't think we're actively commanding them. But I do think we trained thme and armed them knowing what could happen. Same we did with Al Qaeda, Taliban, etc. 30 years ago. Though instead of fighting the Soviets we're doing it as a proxy war for resources to control them from the East (China/Russia)

Hezbollah now hates them, so does the other Muslim countries. They will soon find themselves alone and target practice from fellow Muslims.

After we destroy most of their weapons, the others are going to annihilate them.

(Reuters) - The sophistication, wealth and military might of Islamic State militants represent a major threat to the United States that may surpass that once posed by al Qaeda, U.S. military leaders said on Thursday.

"They are an imminent threat to every interest we have, whether it's in Iraq or anywhere else," Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel told reporters at the Pentagon.

Hagel's assessment of Islamic State, which gained strength during Syria's civil war and swept into northern Iraq earlier this summer, sounded a note of alarm several days after the group posted a video on social media showing one of its fighters beheading an American hostage kidnapped in Syria.

Asked if the hardline Sunni Muslim organization posed a threat to the United States comparable to that of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, Hagel said it was "as sophisticated and well-funded as any group we have seen."

"They are beyond just a terrorist group. They marry ideology, a sophistication of ... military prowess. They are tremendously well-funded. This is beyond anything we've seen."....
