Have you read a report that he had? I haven't. You'd think that would have come out by now. I could be wrong of course, but I'm guessing in the 5 seconds or so the kid ran away he didn't radio for backup, get out of his car and then train his weapon on the kid. The latter 2 parts alone probably took the time it took for the kid to get 35+ feet away.

A) You have no idea if he could have called for backup
B) You have no idea if he did call for backup
C) You have no idea how long it would have taken for his backup to arrive

How do you call for backup if you are being attacked?

According to Zito Brown got shot in his back (autopsy disagrees), the cop punched himself in the face (eyewitnesses disagree), and if cops come to your neighborhood, you should riot.

Cops don't have to call for back up. Thier little Walkie talkie they wear has a button that initiates a live feed of what they are doing if they are in trouble so every other cop can hear it. I imagine he did that. Takes a second

Didn't another cop show up and witness the shooting? So somehow that cop knew

No I deleted the Israel thread because people took it off the track of my discussion, not for any other reason. You guys are the ones who've made up your minds without knowing the facts. It's sad really.

No, I've made up my mind because ALL the evidence that has come out has shown this kid was a loose cannon and was NOT shot in the back.

Maybe he did do that. IIRC the other cop was also showing up to the robbery report, but I may be wrong on that.
 
Im not sure what Zito's goal of this whole exercise; maybe bored and just trolling. But, it has helped me understand that there are people out there dumb enough to go out and riot/loot for no reason. At least he has accomplished something.

And bullets are pretty small to. ANd cops usually are pretty decent shots. The point is that it can happen that way. You said above he was NOT shot in the back. True he wasn't shot in his actual section of the body that was his back, but if he was shot in his arm it's easy to see how an eyewitness can miss that. But cannot say with 100% certainly that he was not shot from behind. Because you have no evidence to back that up yet. That evidence may exist but it's not available to you and I.

Did you see the video where the witness said that Brown kept charging as he was getting shot and that he believed Brown must have been on something? (which is the same version from the cops friend) I believe they have said 4 of the shots were in the arm, correct? He has every right to use deadly force when his life is threatened. Hopefully, better means are developed so that isn't the case in the future, but the bottom line was Brown was at fault. No one can blame anyone but him.

What threat to society could Brown have caused in the future, particularly if he was able to wrestle the gun away from the cop?
