Sons of Anarchy

He just wants Bobby to squeal. Bobby smart? He's an Elvis impersonator. For me he's the least believable character on the show, ever since returning from going nomad.

My favorite scene in the last episode was Chucky, the dude with no prosthetic hands, come riding up on his moped. Priceless.

I've always thought Bobby was just along for the ride. I used to bartend in a biker bar and the club that frequented the joint had a couple of "Bobby's." Damaged hangers-on with not a lot going on.

Sav, I forgot to add that if Gemma offs Wendy, she would concoct a story that Wendy killed Tara because Tara was planning to leave with Abel. Of course, then the whole Gemma's pointing at the Chinese would fall apart and my guess is Jax would start--one would hope--seeing through Gemma's BS. I can barely watch the show without wanting to throw something at Gemma every time she's on screen. Mark of a great actress to pull off that part.

I think Chibbs is actually the smartest guy in the club because he sees where the big furniture should go and doesn't mess around with the knick-knacks. But in a Shakespearean sense (and the more I think about the show, it's "Hamlet Joins an MC"), Chibbs' loyalty is his downfall and perhaps the downfall of the entire club because his loyalty is so blind.

It's Tig! Think back to the episode where Jax sends him to the warehouse for August and his goons to kill. We never saw that scene, only Tig showing up at Jax's house the next morning.

I say that Tig realized that Jax ultimately sold him out after all, and in his need for self-preservation, he offered to be August's mole in the club. Everything that has happened since fits this scenario.

How long before Gemma kills Abel? Only half kidding. I know it's hard to find a kid that age who can act, but they could have tried to find someone a little better. Kid has been a brooding presence behind Gemma at two junctures now. Almost like a young Polonius in one sense and the eyes of T.J. Eckleburg in another.

That's a great theory.

Marks knew Jax was bull****ting about Clay killing Pope. He didn't retaliate against Jax because he wanted the Irish guns. He used Tig as leverage to get intel.

Probably the reason Moses knows that Tyler is in good relation with the club.

I was so hoping Gemma would turn around and see Abel. She wouldn't kill him, do you think? But he does have that unfortunate name. I think they should've directed Abel to take a bite of the cookie in his hand and look off to the side (with camera closeup), as if giving some thought as to how he was gonna play this. Nah, probably too melodramatic, even for this show. But he IS Jax's son, afterall.

Not that it hasn't already been bloody enough, but with Bobby and the conscience of the club gone, I expect a free for all. Let's see, what coming showdowns to we have to look forward to:

Sons vs Marks and Moses Cartwright (What a name.)
Sons vs Devil Tribe
Sons vs Gemma
Jax vs Himself
Jax vs Gemma
Gemma vs Able
Gemma vs Nero
Gemma vs Wayne
Gemma vs The World
Juice vs Lin
Juice vs Marilyn Manson (I can only hope.)

What am I missing?
Sons vs Tig (?)

Wendy vs. Gemma
Nero + Gemma vs. Jax (when Jax finds out about Tara)
Unser vs. Shower
Jax vs. Jax
Samcro Charming vs. All Other Charters

And to be a bit more abstract:
Kurt Sutter vs. His Obsession of showing Juce in the nude often.
Jax vs. His Shoes

No, she wouldn't. But I would love to hear the tale she would spin.

I somehow think Abel is going to spill to Wendy or Jax and there will be a confrontation with Gemma as a result.

Rico this is kind of brilliant. I had totally forgotten about the whole Tig/Daughter/August/Jax storyline.

I liked this episode. The sex montage at the beginning set a perfect tone: you are ****ed, one way or the other.

Yeah. I thought I'd turned into the "Sons of Anarchy Sex Party" on Skinemax. Pretty solid, if heavy-handed, metaphor for what's happening.

I figured Abel would spill, but i didn't think it would be to Jax. I thought it would be a bit more of a roundabout with Gemma causing more "accidents" to protect herself from the inevitable confrontation with Jax.

Knowing the train wreck that is this show, Jax is going to think Wendy conspired with Gemma to do the deed on Tara, and Jax is going to kill Wendy. Gemma will turn it around and blame Wendy.

That wouldn't be surprising. It would be a stretch, but maybe Sutter doesn't want to kill his real life wife on the show.
