From the article:
There’s nothing ineffable in Islam that produces “terrorism.”
So is this article making the case that the Koran doesn't have verses which intimate the use of violence?
I think you'll be able to answer that when you read the full article.
It focuses on history.
The article does not address this at all. Its been shown countless times that Koran has many violent verses.
It addresses it that 99+% of muslims reject the idea of terrorism.
I'm asking you to read about the history and take off your hatred glasses for one second to try to understand things that have happened for years. Instead you're looking for any excuse to get hung up and discredit.
Depends on what definition of "liberal" you're using.
What religious people feel is of no consequence to the reality that groups like ISIS do not deserve to live alongside the rest of the civilized world.
no, not at all actually
the document that conservatives say they love was a radical as **** document when written.
western society is a liberal idea
i know a lot of religious people that would disagree that you should feel bad that they fell that far from God etc and should feel remorse and pray for them
You are so full of ****.
But proceed.
uh, i'm not
didn't know i needed your permission but thanks
I know it's not worth getting into this with you so I won't bother, but you're incorrect.
If you think the definition of liberal hasn't changed over the last three or so centuries, I can't help you.
Then your friends are stupid.
And, your welcome.
not my friends. said i know some people
it's you're
Then 'some people' that you supposedly know ... are stupid.
Oops, autocorrect.
But while we are on the subject of making bourgeois overtures: 'Not' and 'Said' and 'It's' should be capitalized ... and two missing periods -- what's your point?
What I've derived from the past two pages of this thread:
3 - goldfly continues to make bizarre and unsubstantiated claims about global politics and Christianity - buzzword radical.
that you you used the word stupid and then used the wrong word
if you really wanted to break down my comment, the first comment should be that it wasn't a sentence
not really sure why you are getting worked up over this. i live in Georgia, do you really think I don't know some religious folks?
